1. How Do I Update My Profile?
For Pro Members, your profile is the information that shows up in the directory. Pro Members should fully update their profiles before requesting a directory listing.
Go to My Account -> Profile. On your profile page, select Edit to enter your information and then Save Changes.
To set up or change your Profile Photo (avatar), select Change Profile Photo on that same page. Choose a file to upload and select Upload Photo. Move the cropping window around so that the image at the bottom of the page looks good. Then select Crop Image and you are done!
2. Who answers questions I post in the Facebook group?
Grisha’s ABBA Facebook group gives our students a chance to network and learn more from each other. Grisha and the ABBA staff guide our students’ thinking, and give help when nobody else can.
To be clear, in our teaching model, we may reply to questions by asking a question to get everybody thinking. We reply to a lot but we don’t always reply to all of the posts.
TIP: Short, clear questions are more likely to get our attention and short videos (10-20 seconds) are more likely to be watched all the way through.
If you really need to get feedback from us, tag Grisha in what you write, but please be aware that a long video analysis may not be possible, for example.
And remember, you can post more than questions in the Clubhouse. You can share updates on your pet’s great progress, for example.

3. What are hashtags? What does # mean?
Hashtags are a way to add a keyword into your post so that it can be searched more easily in the Facebook group. You put a # symbol and then one word or phrase without spaces.
The main use of hashtags right now is for Grisha’s Monthly Challenge. By putting in a hashtag like #ABBAjune2015 into any post you write about that month’s challenge, it makes things easier to find, no matter where you post it. With that hashtag, we can search for all of the responses to the monthly challenge in June, so members can read the posts and so Grisha and the rest of our team can more easily find posts to comment on.
