Jamie Popper has been working as a professional within the pet training industry since 2011. She earned a degree in exceptional student education with a focus on behavior from the University of Central Florida. Through her work with students in the public school system she learned how to combine her passion for learning theory and curriculum development to working with humans and their dogs.

Jamie enjoys working on complex behaviors with her private students and specializes in advanced trick dog training, conditioning skills, and therapy and service dog training. She competes in multiple sports with her dogs including competitive obedience, disc, and rally. She enjoys testing her training methods in these rigorous competition sports.

She has a formal education in canine conditioning and strength training. She is a registered therapy dog evaluator and has collaborated with the Orlando Health therapy dog program on curriculum and program development.

Jamie believes there is always more to learn. She develops her skills through contact with her mentors and by attending multiple conferences and seminars throughout the year at which she also provides demonstrations and educational sessions. Jamie has a strong enthusiasm for teaching and presenting to the general public.

Since 2015, Jamie has dedicated herself full-time to Blue-9 Pet Products where she is involved with the development and overall growth of the company where she continues to develop and refine her skills.
